Required Skills & Experience
- Strategic understanding of the digital landscape of Banking (Including generative A.I., automation, and robotics.
- Microsoft Dynamics - Specifically in case management tool
- Understanding of customer portals (how to build effectively and identify new opportunities)
- Commercial banking experience
- Strong communication skills in project setting
- Executive presence
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships.
What You Will Be Doing
- Will be contributing to the overall strategy, creation, and implementation of the case management tool. May act as long-term product owner.
- Guiding operations by identifying and prioritizing the most impactful opportunities for automation within operations
- Identifying business cases and how to effectively prioritize new technologies such as (optical character automation, Robotics processes automation, and open banking API.
