Key Responsibilities
Team Lead in US working directly with the client to manage tasks of offshore team. Role will be doing some hands on development but also need to have team lead responsibilities.
Design, develop, and maintain IVR solutions using AWS Connect, Lambda, DynamoDB, Lex, Polly, and related services.
Respond to intake requests from contact center business units, implementing prioritized tasks as directed by the Product Owner (from American Airlines)
Monitor system health and performance using AWS CloudWatch, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
Implement infrastructure changes via AWS CDK, ensuring scalable and secure deployments.
Collaborate with cross-functional squads to support platform enhancements and operational improvements.
Track progress and provide updates through established workflows and tools.
Support ongoing "lights-on" operations and participate in platform squad initiatives, adapting to evolving operational priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Team Leader experience. 3+ years leading a team of technical developers offshore
Technical Expertise:
o Must have 5+ years Hands-on experience with AWS Connect, AWS Lambda, AWS DynamoDB, AWS Lex, AWS Polly, AWS CloudWatch, and AWS CDK.
o Proficiency in programming languages: Java, Typescript, Python.
IVR Development Experience:
o Proven track record in designing and deploying IVR solutions for large-scale contact centers. 5+ years working with IVR systems
Collaboration & Communication:
o Ability to work effectively in mixed offshore/onshore teams, with working hours overlapping Dallas-based AA teams.
o Strong communication skills for reporting progress and collaborating across squads.
Process & Operations:
o Experience in agile environments, responding to intake requests and delivering prioritized tasks.
o Familiarity with workflow tracking and reporting tools.
