Job Title: Integration Lead/Project Manager
Location: Georgia (Onsite 3 days/week local candidates only)

Job Descripiton:
Program Operations:
- Lead and support annual partner application and approval processes.
- Oversee technical implementation for Open Enrollment 2026 and beyond.
- Coordinate Operational Readiness Reviews (ORRs) with internal and external stakeholders.
- Review and manage technical change requests and QHP application approvals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular status reports to leadership.
- Host cross-functional team meetings for alignment and problem-solving.
- Track and analyze CMS EDE program changes and recommend state-level adoption as needed.
- Perform risk assessments and manage issue mitigation across the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as primary point of contact with CMS, EDE partners, and issuers.
- Facilitate meetings to drive progress, decision-making, and stakeholder communication.
- Establish and manage productive relationships with vendors and internal teams.
- Deliver updates on timelines, program challenges, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of relevant professional experience. Experience, Knowledge, & Skills Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira etc). Required/Desired Skills:
