Pay Range:$37.26-$53.24/Hrs
Description
* Provide business metric and program analysis for CRM solutions.
* Support CRM team in developing solutions for sales associates.
* Communicate architectural designs and business processes to stakeholders.
* Develop solutions for the sales lifecycle, from research to servicing.
* Build and maintain relationships with other product owners and teams.
* Work proactively with limited supervision in a strategic manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate business and user needs into CRM requirements.
* Partner with technology in an agile environment for CRM changes.
* Create user stories and track project milestones.
* Drive process improvements and standardize processes.
* Ensure data integrity and quality in CRM systems.
* Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and experts.
* Coordinate implementation activities and support team members.
Qualifications
* 2 to 5 years of experience with CRM systems.
* 3 to 5 years of experience on large-scale projects.
* Experience with agile software development and end-user testing.
* Strong analytical and data skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and strategies.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
