Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues across various locations.
- Perform installations, upgrades, and feature updates specifically for Windows 10 and 11 operating systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage Microsoft Office applications, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, to support business operations.
- Conduct hardware installations and perform troubleshooting tasks, ensuring all systems are up-to-date and functioning efficiently.
- Maintain network communications, including LAN/WAN technologies, to ensure stable and secure connectivity.
- Handle the racking and stacking of equipment and manage comprehensive cable installations including Cat5, Cat6, and Fiber optics.
- Support and manage a variety of technologies, such as Cisco/Aruba networking, VSAT, and Ubiquiti Radios, enhancing network capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT field support or related roles.
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Advanced desktop management skills and proficiency in software troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Windows 10 and 11, including upgrades and feature updates.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Application Installation and Troubleshooting.
- Proven capability in hardware installation and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of network communications and experience with LAN/WAN technologies.
- Experience in racking and stacking equipment and cable installation (Cat5, Cat6, Fiber, etc.).
- Familiarity with Cisco/Aruba networking, VSAT, and Ubiquiti Radios is highly encouraged.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM/Intune, Citrix systems, and mobile device management including iOS is advantageous.
Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00 Hourly
