IT Systems Administrator Sr
PRIMARY PURPOSE: To provide system administration of key infrastructure and application systems; to oversee installation, performance, monitoring, patching, backup, and restore activities; and to maintain strong working relationship with all stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a technology related field, comparable technical institute certification, systems administration training, or equivalent work experience preferred. Technical certification(s) a plus. ITILv3 certification/training a plus. Industry Standard certifications a plus (i.e. MCSA, MCTS).
Experience
Six (6) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include two (2) years of experience working as a systems administrator. Experience in Windows Server, SharePoint, Active Directory, ANS, IIS, SQL and Great Plains and in administrating video conferencing technologies preferred.

IT Systems Administrator Sr
PRIMARY PURPOSE: To provide system administration of key infrastructure and application systems; to oversee installation, performance, monitoring, patching, backup, and restore activities; and to maintain strong working relationship with all stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for provisioning, installing/configuring, operating, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
- Responsible for the overall implementation, performance, and continuous improvement of the systems and applications supported by Technology Services.
- Ensures Service Level Agreements/Operating Level Agreements are met or exceeded.
- Understands and adheres to industry best practices related to system administration.
- Responsible for maintaining relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders; ensures timely dissemination of information.
- Conducts research and development to facilitate continuous improvement and innovation.
- Maintains systems that support infrastructure, Microsoft Windows and application systems that support Finance, Application Performance Monitoring, SharePoint, video conferencing, and other productions systems.

- Supports the organization's quality program(s).
