QA test analyst

Performs testing of medium to high complexity to ensure that the system is implemented and functions as designed
Ensures that testing meets organization standards for compliance
Partners and collaborates with project team members and the business to design/develop testing strategies
Creates medium to high complexity test plans and test cases utilizing business/solution requirements and technical design documentation
Executes medium to high complexity test cases both manually and/or by automation
Performs triage for medium to high complexity defects, which include detection, risk assessment, documentation and retesting. Calls out more complex defects to the appropriate level
Assesses software for stability
Provides input to QA Project Leader on project status
Share knowledge and provide guidance to team members
Performs other duties as assigned
Ensures thorough testing the end-to-end solution meets user requirements
Provides first level testing approval
May assign and monitor tasks to team members and third-party vendor contractors to ensure deliverables align with the project plan Skills & Knowledge:
Proficient in software testing methodologies and tools
Proficient in software requirements analysis
Strong knowledge of QA processes and compliance guidelines
Experience in performance analysis and tuning Systems Experience:
Strong working knowledge in one of the enterprise databases and/or technologies (Nice Label Loftware preferred)
Experience with scripting language and automation tools (Tosca Microsoft Copilot preferred)
Jira (preferred) Education:
Bachelor s degree in information technology OR equivalent work experience
