Summary
The Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture leads the enterprise architecture practice to ensure technology strategy is aligned with business objectives. This role combines people leadership with hands-on architectural expertise to define, govern, and evolve enterprise-wide standards and solutions. The Senior Manager partners closely with business and IT leaders to guide technology decisions, support large-scale initiatives, and enable secure, scalable, and value-driven architectures.

Summary
The Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture leads the enterprise architecture practice to ensure technology strategy is aligned with business objectives. This role combines people leadership with hands-on architectural expertise to define, govern, and evolve enterprise-wide standards and solutions. The Senior Manager partners closely with business and IT leaders to guide technology decisions, support large-scale initiatives, and enable secure, scalable, and value-driven architectures.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a multi-year enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with business strategy.
- Create and govern current- and future-state architecture documentation, standards, and reference architectures.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the enterprise architecture team.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align architectural decisions with organizational goals.
- Provide architectural oversight for enterprise initiatives, including manufacturing and operational technology environments.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and support initiatives such as cloud migration and infrastructure modernization.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure architectural effectiveness, compliance, and business value.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture .
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership or management role.
- TOGAF 9 Foundation (Level 1) and/or Certified (Level 2).
- Advanced cloud architecture certifications (e.g ., Microsoft Azure AZ-305 or equivalent).
- Security architecture certification such as ISSAP.
- IT service management certification ( ITIL 4 or higher).
- Strong hands-on architectural expertise across networking, systems, and security domains.
- Experience supporting OT and manufacturing environments.
- Experience demonstrating business value through ROI, TCO, or efficiency metrics.
