Join Schneider Electric's Primary-Air Insulated (P-AIS) Industrialization team within the Power Systems organization in North America. As an Industrial Engineering Intern based in Mt. Juliet, TN, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting the development and qualification of assembly and testing processes for new product lines. This role offers exposure to manufacturing feasibility, operational efficiency, and innovative industrial solutions aligned with Schneider Electric's Performance System (SPS) principles.

What You'll Do:
- Assist in specifying and implementing assembly technologies and testing equipment for production lines.
- Support feasibility studies using Design for Assembly (DFA) methodologies in collaboration with product design teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for assembly processes and testing equipment.
- Help develop assembly process line architecture following Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Participate in technical trials and validation tests for new assembly technologies.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure compliance with global standards.
- Learn and apply risk analysis techniques (e.g., FMEA) and technical specifications for assembly processes.
- Explore opportunities to improve energy efficiency and reduce CO? footprint in manufacturing processes.

What We're Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related Engineering field.
- Knowledge of SPS, Lean Manufacturing, and assembly technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
- Available to work full time from June-August 2026 and part time from September-December 2026 based in Mt. Juliet, TN
- Currently local to the Mt. Juliet, TN area
