Job Details
One of our clients in New York, NY is urgently looking for a Field Engineer.
Hourly: $30 - $35 per hour (W2/1099)
Duration: 2 months
No. of Positions: 07
Location: Multi-borough NYC (Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support field deployment of mobile devices (iOS & Android)
- Conduct device prep, setup, user onboarding, and on-site support
- Follow standardized checklists and client protocols
- Communicate with project leads and ensure clean handoffs
- Represent your agency professionally across all touchpoints
Requirements:
- Experience with mobile device deployments or IT fieldwork
- Familiarity with iOS/Android smartphone setup
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Personal smartphone, laptop, and reliable transportation
