Job Title: Integrations Developer


Location: 100% Remote (U.S. Based)


Type: Contract-to-Hire


Pay: Up to $130,000 annually (W2 only)

Position Summary:


We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Integrations Developer to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both custom and pre-built API integrations across multiple enterprise systems. The ideal candidate is experienced in solving complex integration challenges across platforms such as ERP, CRM, finance, and cloud-based tools.


This is a high-impact role supporting data connectivity, automation, and digital workflows across the organization.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and support end-to-end integration and API development efforts with an emphasis on performance, data integrity, and scalability.

  • Create and maintain thorough documentation for integration workflows, API configurations, and data mappings.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align integration strategies with business goals.

  • Monitor integration performance and proactively implement enhancements or optimizations.

  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and version control procedures related to integrations.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and other regulatory requirements across all integrations.

  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot custom and pre-built API connections across core business systems.

  • Leverage internal team strengths and cross-functional expertise to achieve the best integration outcomes.

  • Contribute to business continuity efforts by establishing integration redundancies and risk mitigation plans.

  • Perform other related duties as required.


Required Skills & Core Competencies:



  • Experience working with key business systems and integration tools (e.g., ERP, CRM, cloud platforms).

  • Strong experience with integration tools such as Zapier and form-building platforms like JotForms.

  • Hands-on programming experience in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C#.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and working knowledge of system architecture.

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.

  • Self-starter with the ability to independently overcome technical obstacles.

  • Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.


Education & Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in systems integration.

  • Strong background in ERP and CRM API integration is highly desirable.

  • Experience with the following tools/systems is a plus: Celigo, Ramp, TAP, Salesforce, Acumatica.

  • This is a W2-only contract-to-hire role.

  • No C2C arrangements or third-party vendors will be considered.
