We recently grew our ownership consortium to include several veterans in financial services as well as the world s leading life and business strategist, Tony Robbins. Robbins was thrice named to the WORTH 100 most influential people in the world of global finance. His two financial books, Money: Master the Game and Unshakeable, were both #1 New York Times Bestsellers. Robbin's latest book, The Holy Grail of Investing, co-authored with our Chairman and CIO, Christopher Zook, recently became a #1 New York Times Bestseller as well. Robbins private financial events often feature speakers like Paul Tudor Jones, Ray Dalio, Jeff Gundlach, Hank Paulson, Alan Greenspan, and others.
We are quite different than the vast majority of other investment management companies in multiple ways. First, we always invest our personal capital alongside our Partners. We have more than $600mm of our personal capital committed to our investment vehicles. We provide access to our Partners to co-invest with us in these vehicles, which we believe provide the best opportunities for our families and our Shareholders money. Second, because of the scale of our investments, we have access to opportunities that would otherwise not be available to investors with less than $250mm - $500mm of investable assets. Quite simply, there are many investments we can provide for our Partners they could never access on their own. Third, and what we believe is the most unique feature of our Firm, almost all of our compensation is earned only if an investor makes money. In many cases, if our Partners do not make money, we don t get paid. This ultimate alignment of interests is why we focus on finding the absolute best risk/reward opportunities available.
Salesforce Architect
We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Architect to lead the evolution of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role will focus on assessing our current customized platform, identifying opportunities for improvement, and designing scalable solutions that align with our long-term business objectives. You will be instrumental in guiding system architecture, optimizing performance, and ensuring our platform remains a competitive advantage as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the current highly customized Salesforce environment and develop a roadmap for enhancement and optimization.
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions that align with evolving business goals.
- Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into effective architectural designs.
- Lead system integration efforts and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, especially around data modeling, security, and performance.
- Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to Salesforce admins and developers.
- Ensure ongoing platform maintainability, performance, and scalability.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on leveraging Salesforce to drive operational efficiency and business growth.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution delivery, ideally within complex, customized environments.
- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Proven experience modernizing and optimizing existing Salesforce instances.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security models, and integration frameworks.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to align technical solutions with business strategy.
- Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect and/or System Architect) highly preferred.
- Experience in private equity, investment management, or related industries is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary will be commensurate with experience
- Bonus opportunities will be tied to effectiveness, measured by a periodic goal-setting process, with the amount of opportunity depending on value-added to the organization and firm profitability
