Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL Foundation or higher certification (ITIL Expert/Practitioner is a plus).
- Experience in Cloud, SaaS, or large-scale enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and incident management tools (ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Jira).
- Experience creating executive-level incident and c
hange communication. - Strong root cause analysis and post-incident review documentation skills.
- Calm, structured, and decisive in high-pressure situations.
- Strong stakeholder management, including executive-level communication.
- Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
