Job Title: Change Manager

Preferred Qualifications
  • ITIL Foundation or higher certification (ITIL Expert/Practitioner is a plus).
  • Experience in Cloud, SaaS, or large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and incident management tools (ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Jira).
  • Experience creating executive-level incident and change communication.
  • Strong root cause analysis and post-incident review documentation skills.

  • Calm, structured, and decisive in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong stakeholder management, including executive-level communication.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
