This is a Lead Principal Technical Product Owner position at the Director Level, which is part of the job family responsible for defining the product vision, prioritizing features, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality technical solutions.

This individual will lead Scrum stand-ups and project meetings to discuss user requirements, project status, issues, testing plans, and deployment needs. They will write functional specifications and test plans, and act as a liaison between non-technical users and developers. They must be organized, meet deadlines, communicate effectively in writing and verbally, and work independently and in a team environment.

What you'll do in the role:
- Support Front Office & ESG databases and workflows
- Log and track all user related issues, defects, enhancements and work requests
- Work with end users to map out and document business requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Conducts application administration/configuration functions
- Coordinates with other teams to resolve issues
- Work with development group to ensure that all design questions (e.g., application security, data feeds, etc.) are addressed through the business analysis process
- Support project deliverables, tracking, and communicating statuses to key stakeholders
- Manage low complexity projects (e.g., non-political, data/workflow oriented)
- Serve as subject matter, process, and/or operational proxy for end users in area of focus
What you'll bring to the role:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Computer Science
- Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience with writing functional specifications
- Minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience with leading agile squad
- Experience with Front Office and ESG investment data
- Knowledge of database technology and SQL including stored procedures, views, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational expertise, strong analytical ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work with non-technical end users to interpret user requirements
- Ability to communicate with internal clients at all enterprise levels
- Ability to learn new concepts, systems, and software independently and quickly
- Willingness to take initiative, seeing problems through to final completion
- Self-motivated to work independently with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- A demonstrated track record handling demanding user groups in a time critical environment
- Experience with Snowflake would be a plus
- Capable of managing multiple tasks with tight time deadlines
