Client is looking for a candidate who is good in IT support management, issue resolution using ServiceNow/Autotask

Demonstrated specialized product knowledge in Autotask, effectively addressing client inquires and concerns during scheduled calls

Should be able to Provide expert recommendations on best business practices and identified potential service opportunities, such as implementation time or Autotask Bootcamps

Should be able to assist MSPs and Internal Help Desk clients to configure their systems
