RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Program Manager in Quincy, MA.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a multi-implementation program involving Allocation, Forecasting, Planning, and Pricing
* Manage overall program scope, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
* Coordinate with Anaplan, stakeholders, business teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and successful execution
* Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial tracking for the program
* Facilitate integrations between Anaplan and other systems, ensuring smooth implementation
* Collaborate with BI team (Snowflake data strategy) for data alignment and reporting needs
* Prepare and present updates for steering committee meetings with executive leadership and VPs
* Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to program objectives
* Maintain clear documentation and communication across all stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience as a Program Manager in retail environments (retail experience is required)
* Strong knowledge of planning, allocation, forecasting, and pricing processes
* Familiarity with Anaplan or similar forecasting/planning tools (preferred)
* Executive presence and ability to interact confidently with senior leadership
* Expertise in budgeting and vendor management
* Ability to manage complex, multi-implementation programs with multiple stakeholders
* Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
* Experience coordinating technical integrations and business processes
* PMP or equivalent program/project management certification (preferred)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
