This is a C2C opportunity
We are seeking an experienced IBM Maximo EAM Techno-Functional SME with deep expertise in the Life Sciences industry. This role will support Thermo Fisher Scientific s enterprise asset management needs and requires an individual who can contribute immediately without training or onboarding.

Please note: Experience in Maximo for non-life science domains (e.g., automotive, oil & gas, utilities, transportation) is not relevant to this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support for IBM Maximo EAM Life Sciences Industry Solution including calibration, asset tracking, and compliance modules.

  • Ensure all configurations and workflows align with FDA regulatory guidelines and GMP standards.

  • Support system validation, change management processes, and management of calibration data sheets.

  • Maintain compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and other applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Serve as a Global Administrator with responsibility for managing change control, system documentation, and compliance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system readiness and daily operational support.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience working with IBM Maximo Life Sciences Industry Solution (not general Maximo use in other industries).

  • Strong background in pharmaceutical or biotech environments.

  • Hands-on experience with FDA regulatory compliance, pharma validation, GMP practices, and electronic signature reference guidelines.

  • Expertise in managing and maintaining compliance-ready calibration systems.

  • Familiarity with key enterprise systems and tools, including:

    • eDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems)

    • ALM (Application Lifecycle Management tools)

    • TrackWise (Quality & Compliance Management)

    • ServiceNow (SNOW) (ITSM)

    • MasterControl

    • Internal SDLC documentation and corporate compliance procedures
