We're seeking an experienced Learning Performance Consultant to join our Learning Experience Design team.

This role will serve as the critical link between sales performance data and learning strategy development, helping translate business insights into effective learning solutions.

You will leverage principles of learning science to analyze sales metrics, identify skill gaps, and recommend targeted learning priorities that drive measurable business outcomes.

This role will report to the Sr Manager, Field Learning and Innovation while collaborating closely with Sales and Technical Enablement leadership, Program Managers, and Data Analyst to create a cohesive, evidence-based approach to performance improvement through learning.

What you'll be doing:

  • Analyze sales performance data, call recordings, and deal progression metrics to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities
  • Design analytical frameworks that connect sales behaviors to specific learning needs based on learning science principles
  • Create evidence-based recommendations for learning priorities, modalities, and content focus
  • Develop valid and reliable assessment instruments including diagnostic surveys and certification assessments
  • Partner with data analyst to design meaningful dashboards that demonstrate learning impact on business outcomes
  • Translate C-suite directives into measurable learning objectives with clear performance indicators
  • Build repeatable frameworks to measure the effectiveness of learning interventions on field readiness and business results
  • Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers to ensure learning solutions address identified performance gaps
  • Define and track success metrics to measure the impact of learning programs on business outcomes

Skills:

What you'll bring & the experience we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, performance consulting, or learning analytics
  • Understanding of learning science principles as applied to workplace and sales contexts
  • Experience designing research-based assessment instruments and measurement methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and translate it into learning requirements
  • Knowledge of how to optimize learning retention through spacing, retrieval practice, and other evidence-based approaches
  • Familiarity with enablement tools such as Highspot, Gong, Salesforce, LMS platforms, conversation intelligence tools, and sales enablement platforms
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex business needs into engaging learning solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • A passion for learning innovation, experimentation, and data-driven decision making

Additional skills that we value:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales environments
  • Background in competency modeling and skills taxonomy development
  • Experience with learning impact measurement frameworks (e.g., Kirkpatrick, Phillips ROI)
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for learning analytics or content development
  • Experience working with sales teams in high-growth environments
