We are seeking an experienced Oracle BRM (Billing and Revenue Management) Architect to lead the design, development, and ongoing support of our mission-critical billing platform. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Oracle BRM, proven experience in system architecture, and the ability to provide 24x7 oversight for high availability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
System Architecture & Design: Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of Oracle BRM systems, ensuring scalability, availability, and alignment with business requirements.
Development Leadership: Guide development teams, enforce coding standards, and oversee testing, deployment, and integration.
Customization & Configuration: Customize BRM modules, develop configuration scripts, and implement custom workflows to support business needs.
Performance Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance to ensure continuous uptime and efficiency.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT leadership to align BRM initiatives with organizational goals.
Monitoring & Incident Management: Provide round-the-clock monitoring, incident response, and service restoration within SLAs.
System Maintenance: Perform upgrades, patching, and proactive system tuning to maintain platform reliability.
Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in coordination with internal IT teams and vendors.
Data Security & Integrity: Implement strong security measures to safeguard customer data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Training & Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers, share best practices, and foster continuous learning.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, procedures, incidents, and resolutions for knowledge continuity.
Qualifications:
10+ years of IT experience with at least 7+ years in Oracle BRM architecture and development.
Strong expertise in BRM customizations, pricing configuration, pipelines, and integrations.
Experience in system performance tuning, high availability design, and disaster recovery planning.
Hands-on knowledge of Unix/Linux, Oracle Database, and scripting (Shell, Perl, or Python).
Proven experience with incident management and 24x7 production support environments.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Telecom/Media/Subscription-based domains.
Knowledge of cloud deployment models (OCI, AWS, Azure) for BRM.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
