Responsibilities:
- Oversee installation, administration, configuration, and support of Records and Information Management (RIM) applications.
- Coordinate enhancements, modifications, and upgrades with users, developers, business analysts, infrastructure teams, governance groups, and change management teams.
- Align system changes with testing and deployment processes.
- Produce and maintain documentation for system provisioning, maintenance, and support.
- Initiate rollback procedures and maintain validation and component tracking information.
- Provide training to new users and lead system troubleshooting efforts.
- 3+ years of experience implementing Records and Information Management (RIM) systems.
- Experience providing technical support and troubleshooting for RIM applications (preferred).
- Experience integrating RIM systems with other enterprise applications (preferred).
- Familiarity with system administration, configuration, and performance monitoring (preferred).
- General understanding or experience with technologies such as Case Foundation (workflow), Content Manager (document repository), and Enterprise Records Foundation (retention management) (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
