Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to support key initiatives across our digital eCommerce journey from browse and discovery to checkout and post-purchase services. As a contract Product Manager II, you'll be embedded with a cross-functional agile team and help lead the execution and delivery of customer-facing features across our mobile apps and website. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in agile environments, loves collaborating with engineers and designers, and has a strong track record delivering intuitive and scalable product experiences.
Whether you've worked on discovery (browse/navigation), purchase (bag/checkout), or service layers (account, order tracking, etc.), we're looking for a versatile product manager who can adapt quickly and contribute meaningfully across our platform.
Key Responsibilities
Product Delivery & Agile Execution
o Write and refine user stories in Jira that clearly translate business needs and UX flows into development-ready tickets.
o Own the day-to-day relationship with engineering answering questions, resolving edge cases, and unblocking delivery teams.
o Facilitate sprint ceremonies including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
o Maintain a prioritized backlog with a focus on delivery velocity and feature completeness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Partner with UX to ensure designs are fully fleshed out, technically feasible, and aligned to product goals.
o Use tools like Figma to review designs, annotate requirements, and clarify implementation logic.
o Communicate with stakeholders across product, engineering, QA, and analytics to keep everyone aligned and informed.
o Contribute to launch planning, testing coordination, and post-release monitoring.
Measurement
o Collaborate with analytics and testing teams to measure performance and inform iteration.
Skills & Experience
* 4-6 years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or equivalent role in digital product delivery.
* Solid understanding of Agile product development and hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
* Strong technical writing and communication skills ability to write clear, detailed, and structured requirements.
* Experience working on eCommerce platforms, including mobile and/or web-based user journeys.
* Demonstrated collaboration with UX teams and working knowledge of tools like Figma.
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; able to manage complexity and drive clarity across teams.
* Independent, proactive, and highly organized.
* Strong communicator who can tailor messaging across technical and non-technical audiences.
* Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
* Experience in any of the following eCommerce domains: product discovery, shopping cart/checkout, or post-purchase services.
* Familiarity with mobile app delivery processes, testing, and integration patterns.
* Exposure to experimentation practices (A/B testing, user research) and data-informed iteration.
Required Skills
eCommerce or customer-facing digital product background is essential.
Strong in Agile, Jira, and Confluence.
Comfortable with ambiguity and adjusting to evolving needs.
Must be executional but can be more senior as long as candidate is okay starting with IC-level responsibilities.
Nice to Haves
End-to-end experience with customer journeys.
Past experience working in high-traffic retail environments.
Background in app or web products.
