Job Details
Join us as a Project/Program Manager to support an exciting series of events across the Americas. This role is perfect for someone passionate about event management and data analytics, with a knack for optimizing workflows.
<>Responsibilities</>- Manage Airtable content bases and speaker interfaces for multiple events, ensuring seamless organization and workflow optimization.
- Design and implement automated processes, custom views, and interfaces to enhance user experience and productivity.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify accuracy and functionality of Airtable setups.
- Archive event data and ensure removal of any personal identifiable information post-event.
- Develop and replicate content management templates for future events.
- Maintain documentation and oversee attendance and survey data cleanup.
- Expertise in Airtable management, including troubleshooting and automation scripting.
- Strong background in project management and event coordination.
- Exceptional data management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in documenting processes and conducting user testing.
- Proficiency in writing formulas and managing Airtable automations.
- Previous experience with the company would be advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
