Javen Technologies Direct Client is looking for Application Support Engineer - Splunk in Cincinnati OH. 100% REMOTE opportunity. If interested, please reach me at / - Gowri.
Must Have:
- Splunk / SiteScope
- SLAs
- RTP experience
- Programming experience
- Operation support experience
Nice to have:
- Splunk (creating alerts, strong SPL experience, refining alerts) and strong experience with SiteScope
- Mitigation of SLA violations proactively, baselining: SLOs, KPIs, and OKRs
- RTP operations support experience
- Programming experience Java in Container environment (AWS)
- Operation support experience with a bank / Fiserv / similar in mixed Mainframe / AWS environment.
