Job Summary
The Supply Chain Planning & Order Management analyst is responsible for managing ongoing supply chain operations to support imported vehicles entering the NA market. This role ensures accurate planning, and order management, proactive supplier communication, and inventory optimization to support successful vehicle launches and sustained business performance.

Duties and Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day planning and order management activities for new and legacy vehicle programs.
Ensure accurate demand planning, order allocation, and fulfillment in alignment with established strategies.
Serve as the primary contact for suppliers regarding past-due orders, VOR (Vehicle Off Road), and BOR (Back Order) situations.
Expedite critical parts and resolve shortages to minimize downtime and customer impact.
Maintain escalation protocols for urgent supply issues.
Track and report KPIs such as order accuracy, lead times, inventory turns, and service levels.
Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions promptly.
Act as liaison between regional teams, logistics providers, and customer service.
Facilitate smooth communication and issue resolution across stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to global supply chain policies, regional regulations, and quality standards.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for audits and performance reviews.
Support change management during new vehicle introductions and transitions.

Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in supply chain management, Business, or related field.
4+ years of experience in supply chain operations, planning, or order management.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and planning tools.
Automotive industry experience preferred.
