Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement custom models to inform business decisions and enhance operational processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide analytical insights and share statistical outputs
  • Mentor and train data scientists, fostering a culture of learning and innovation
  • Monitor and analyze model performance, ensuring accuracy and transparency
  • Challenge norms and propose novel insights to drive organizational growth

Skills

  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and model operationalization
  • Experience with statistical and machine learning models in production environments
  • Strong ability to visualize data and create compelling presentations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines

Preferred Skills

  • Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline
  • Experience with troubleshooting code errors and familiarity with command line shells
  • Knowledge of R and additional programming languages

This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
