Senior Associate, Technology Operations - Production Support with UC4 Scheduler
SALARY: $78k - $90k plus 10% bonus
LOCATION: CHICAGO
Hybrid 3 days in office and 2 days remote

SELLING POINTS: second shift 230pm 1030pm Monday through Friday
You will ensure production runs efficiently as possible ITIL principles scheduling application tools UC4/control M/MQ Stop/Start IBM JCL CI Continuous integration. You will troubleshoot hardware software problems. IBM mainframe, unix, linux, windows technology operations experience. financial industries a plus this is computer data center operations
Production Control, Production Support, Release Management, Platform Services, Storage, Unix, Networking, Business Operations, Change/Problem/Incident Management. The primary focus of this role is to ensure that Production runs as efficiently as possible, and being a technical liaison to teams to ensure that operational readiness best practices are being adhered to.
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of ITIL principles
- Working knowledge of Scheduling applications / tools (UC4 / Control M)
- Working knowledge of IBM JCL
- Understands technical monitoring and metrics
- Knowledge of Clearing and Finance industry
- Knowledge of Application life cycle and deployment
- Knowledge of MQ (stop / start /
- Problem/Incident management applications and tools experience
- Bachelor s degree
- 3+ years experience production systems operations
