Job Details

Description
Participate in regular meetings to determine what portions of project are ready for curriculum development
Development of Training Content including User Guides, Communications, and Videos
Maintain contact with the Team Lead and other project leads
Assists in ensuring the curriculum aligns with Florida Statute, Florida Administrative Code, and Department CFOP
Clear and frequent communication with Team and stakeholders
Prepare reports on training compliance
Create FAQs and learner resources as needs are identified
Ability to work flexible hours including possible nights and weekends
Ability to evolve quickly by learning the environment and technologies used and the applications assigned. Must provide examples of good time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of FloridaSafeFamiliesNetwork (FSFN), FL CCWIS, or records/case management systems and associated workflows.
Experience in organizing data into logical formats for presentation in reports, documents, and other written materials.
Experience in conducting fact-finding research.
Experience in utilizing problem-solving techniques.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to understand and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures relating to operational and management analysis activities.
Ability to organize and develop learning solutions.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
Strong knowledge of curriculum development.
Ability to partner with project leads and stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
