IT Project Manager with AI experience + Spanish speaking

**Must be local to Orlando, FL or Miami, FL + Spanish speaking + AI experience**

Remote with occasional travel to client location

Our Client, which is an AI company, is seeking an experienced and dynamic AI Project Manager to join them. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day planning and execution of AI-related projects, ensuring
smooth coordination between technical teams and customer stakeholders. Your ability to
communicate fluently in Spanish will be essential for effective collaboration across diverse
teams and international customers. You must also be open to travel to customer locations to
work in person and ensure the successful delivery of AI solutions.

Job Responsibilities
1. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-related projects, ensuring they meet
client requirements, timelines, and budgets.
2. Plan sprints based on sound analysis of scope, dependencies, urgency and resource
availability.
3. Act as the main point of contact between internal technical teams and external customer
stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and progress.
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, data scientists, and product
managers, to ensure the alignment of project goals and milestones.
5. Communicate fluently in Spanish to facilitate effective collaboration with Spanish-speaking
clients and teams.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and
that projects are progressing as planned.
7. Work closely with offshore development centers and other relevant vendors based on
project needs, managing collaboration and ensuring successful project delivery.
8. Travel to customer sites as needed to work directly with stakeholders and ensure that the
project meets their expectations and objectives.
9. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues, ensuring timely delivery and high-
quality outcomes.
10. Report on project progress, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide regular updates
to internal leadership.

Required Experience:
Minimum 12+ experience in IT Project Management using Agile Scrum.
Minimum 5+ year experience in leading complex, multi-workstream programs.
Proven experience managing AI-related projects, preferably in the technology or AI industry.
Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and how they can be applied to
business solutions.
Fluent in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking
stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with
clients, technical teams, offshore centers, and vendors.
Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Ability to travel to customer locations to work in person with stakeholders, ensuring smooth
project delivery.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address challenges effectively.
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field strongly preferred.
