About the role:
- The Web Content Editor writes and maintains the web page code; analyzes and implements best coding practices into the project code.
- The Web Content Editor analyzes user and technical requirements of the project and adapts the code in line with them.
- The role requires developing quality assurance procedures for software projects and executing and implementing software tests.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
More than 4 years of experience in the below areas:
- Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in Computer Science or a related Information Technology or Software Engineering field of study from a four-year accredited university.
- Software development basics: Familiarity with software development principles, including concepts like algorithms, data structures, object-oriented programming, and version control systems
- Web Development Skills: Basic knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Database Knowledge: Familiarity with database systems and querying languages such as SQL. Understanding of relational database management systems
- Working in a team environment, collaborating with other developers, designers, and stakeholders
- Participating in group projects or open-source contributions demonstrating teamwork and collaboration skills Debugging and troubleshooting codes to identify and fix errors and issues, including experience with debugging tools and techniques.
