Job Title: Workday Deployment Systems Analyst
Location: New York, NY, United States(Remote)
Job Type: Contract W2
Job Description:
This project focuses on the migration of data from PeopleSoft systems to Workday. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements, troubleshoot conversion issues, and support the integration of Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financial modules.
Required Experience:
7 years of experience in HR/Finance data extraction and transformation processes.
7 years of experience optimizing SQL, Application Engine, and SQR scripts for migration efficiency.
7 years of experience mapping and reconciling PeopleSoft to Workday data fields.
7 years of experience implementing ETL tools and validating data accuracy.
7 years of collaboration with cross-functional and Workday implementation teams.
7 years of experience developing and maintaining conversion documentation.
7 years of collaborative experience with technical teams (PeopleSoft, Workday, DBAs, cybersecurity) for identity management practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle PeopleSoft Certification
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
