Role: Scrum Master
Location: US R emote
Duration: 6 months contract
Core Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies
- Coach team members on agile practices
- Remove impediments and blockers
- Maintain sprint metrics and tracking
- Coordinate stakeholder communication
- Sprint documentation and planning materials
- Performance reporting and metrics
- Process artifacts and improvement plans
- Impediment tracking and resolution logs
- Knowledge transfer materials and templates
- Certified Scrum Master with 3+ years experience
- Agile tool proficiency (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Strong facilitation and meeting leadership skills
- Software development background and understanding
- Communication expertise and stakeholder management
