Position Summary:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Administrator to support the IT Security Department. This part-time role involves assisting with project coordination, scheduling, documentation, and communication to help ensure successful and timely delivery of security initiatives. The workload will be heaviest in the first month, tapering off through the remainder of the engagement. Occasional on-site presence in Las Vegas may be required for key meetings or milestones.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Support the IT Security project team in managing project timelines and tracking milestones.

  • Use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Confluence for documentation, progress tracking, and team collaboration.

  • Schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, prepare agendas, and document action items.

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation with version control.

  • Monitor project progress and escalate risks or delays to relevant stakeholders.

  • Provide administrative support to project leads and team members.

  • Assist with reporting efforts, including weekly updates and dashboards.

  • Facilitate communication and information sharing across departments.
