Our client, a multinational telecommunications technology company has an urgent and immediate need for a Business Analyst/Campaign Analyst to deploy campaigns in SAS Direct as per campaign design specifications.

BS Degree in a STEM field Minimum 5 years of BA exp.

Strong SAS experience including SAS Direct and SAS RTDM

This will be a long-term contract and requires you to be onsite at least 3-days per week. The position can be staffed at one of our client's locations in Plano, TX / Alpharetta, GA or Chicago, IL. Responsibilities: Maintain and enhance existing SAS Direct campaign configurations and ensure timely campaign execution.
Maintain and enhance SAS RTDM (Real-Time Decision Manager) workflows for decisioning logic and customer treatment strategies.
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and techniques, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize targeting, messaging, and ROI.
Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and analytics teams to define audience segments, campaign KPIs, and reporting requirements.
Develop and automate dashboards and reports to track campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and conversion metrics.
Support testing strategies (e.g., A/B testing) and post-campaign analysis to drive continuous improvement.
