Network/Systems Administrator

Location/Remote: Onsite in Atlanta, GA 30339 (i.e., 5 days onsite/week)

Compensation: Salary up to $120k (depending on experience) + 10% bonus

About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Network & Systems Administrator who can hit the ground running to manage our distributed, cloud-based network and Windows systems infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of modern network and identity management practices within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructures, with a strong focus on cloud-based solutions.
• Perform expert-level network troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.
• Manage and optimize network performance across a large, distributed environment.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft Meraki network devices.
• Utilize network monitoring tools to ensure optimal network health and proactively identify potential issues.
• Manage and administer Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and Active Directory for a large user base (approximately 1,000 users).
• Implement and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies and best practices.
• Oversee configuration management within Azure, with an understanding of Azure cost management.
• Administer and support Microsoft Intune and Autopilot for endpoint management.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, including policy management for Exchange and Teams.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless operations and support for all systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for network and system configurations and procedures.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in managing and troubleshooting large, distributed networks.
• Demonstrable experience with Meraki network hardware.
• Proficiency in network monitoring and performance optimization.
• Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory
• Experience with Azure for configuration management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
• Solid experience in Microsoft 365 administration, particularly Exchange policy management and Teams.

Desired (Nice-to-Have) Skills:

• Experience with Citrix (especially endpoint management).
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards such as HIPAA.
• AZ-400 certification or equivalent knowledge is a strong plus.

Education & Certifications:

• A relevant degree is a plus, but not required with demonstrated experience.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure certifications, network certifications) are highly valued.
