Pay Range:$27.44-$39.20/Hrs
Description
Support the design and implementation of talent management strategies to enhance stakeholder experiences.
Manage and contribute to talent review cycles and create support materials.
Develop project plans and monitor progress, including tracking deliverables and milestones.
Conduct needs assessments to identify process gaps and provide solutions.
Create and execute dashboards and reports that highlight trends and opportunities.
Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement talent management processes.
Develop and coordinate data analysis and project management activities.
Conduct workforce data analyses to support decision-making.
Create data visualizations to communicate insights.
Translate data findings into actionable insights.
Respond proactively to requests and set expectations with stakeholders.
Seek opportunities to innovate and improve processes.
Qualifications
Background in talent development or people analytics.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and data analysis.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with building data visualizations from start to finish.
Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.
