Technical Bachelors Degree (Mathematics, Science, Engineering, or Computer Science) or significant professional experience. Masters degree highly desired.
Required Experience/Knowledge:
Prior experience in an Agile development process;
Prior experience testing and verifying requirements in software applications/systems;
Conducting post-processing and analysis of collected data;
Development of action plans based upon analysis of data;
Documenting software deficiency reports;
Presenting analysis results and plans of action orally and/or in written format (e.g., slides, annotated slides, test report document).
Security+ certification (or similar) is required within 60 days of starting. Highly preferred at start.
Desired Experience:
Automated testing for requirement verification;
Performance requirement and verification analysis;
Verification of ICD and interface requirements;
Experience in a DevSecOps environment extremely desirable
The candidate must possess strong verbal/written communications skills enabling him/her to work effectively in a small technical team environment.

The ideal candidate will possess Knowledge and experience in testing and evaluation of a software-intensive system in a variety of test environments/venues, utilizing Agile development.
This position will require a strong, self-starting individual capable of diving into problems with assistance from other test engineers and software developers.
As member of the Regional Applications Agile Release Train (ART) of the Missile Defense National Team for Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) (aka C2BMC NT), this position will participate in software design and peer reviews, develop test specifications and infrastructure, execute manual and automated test and perform analysis of C2BMC implementation in an integrated environment or to test specific capabilities for interfaces or infrastructure in support of operations (e.g., Internal Messaging, control and monitoring, message and display recording and playback, failover processing).
Occasional Travel between Colorado Springs facilities/sites (LM Federal Drive facility to Schriever SFB) and between Colorado Springs and Huntsville, AL is expected.
Security+ or similar required within 60 days. Strictly enforced. Preferred at start.
