Role Summary:
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for delivering compelling and effective user experiences across a suite of digital products. This role requires a customer-first mindset, strong understanding of user needs and behaviors, and the ability to lead user testing and apply product design best practices to enhance usability, engagement, and overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Feature Development Oversight: Direct and oversee the development of new features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with customer needs, roadmap priorities, and strategic objectives.

Customer Feedback Integration: Systematically gather and analyze customer feedback to inform and prioritize product designs, updates, and enhancements.

User Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with the Technology team to refine user interfaces and user experiences, aiming for intuitive usability and increased customer satisfaction.

Development Management: Manage product development prioritization, ensuring rapid iteration and responsiveness to market changes.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Technology, Marketing, Finance, Information Systems, Sales, and Customer Service teams to gather insights, collect feedback, support seamless feature rollouts, and address customer concerns quickly.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on product performance, using data-driven insights to drive improvements and measure impact on user satisfaction and engagement.

Roadmap Execution: Execute the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of feature enhancements while balancing resources and priorities.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all new features meet quality standards before rollout, coordinating with Technology and Product teams to identify and resolve issues during the development cycle.

Systems and Workflow Architecture: Partner with Technology and Operations to map, document, and optimize end-to-end operational workflows across platforms, ensuring each step-from customer action to internal fulfillment-is clearly defined, efficient, and aligned with business requirements.

Data Flow and API Integration: Develop a deep understanding of how data moves between systems, including API connections, triggers, dependencies, and failure points. Collaborate with engineering and operations to architect stable, scalable workflows that maintain data integrity and reduce friction across the ecosystem.

Training and Support: Oversee the creation of business requirements, training materials, and support documentation for new features, ensuring a smooth transition for users and internal teams.

Competitive Analysis: Stay current on competitor offerings and industry trends to benchmark and recommend improvements to the product portfolio.

Create Awareness and Adoption: Collaborate with Marketing to increase awareness, adoption, and engagement for managed products.
