Description:
A Contract Manager oversees contract development and management activities, enforces organizational principles of integrity and compliance ensuring that contracts and proposals are properly entered into Vendoor and securely maintained, assures accuracy and appropriateness of contract text and attachments, and serves as primary organizational contact during contract negotiations
Requirements:
- The candidate needs to have deep knowledge and 5-10+ years of experience in IT contracting experience especially in the areas of Software Licensing, and IT Infrastructure including mainframe. SaaS and Cloud services experience is always a plus.
- The candidate can review the contracts through the analytical lens.
- The candidate should have strong business acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders in the decision making.
- The candidate should be quick in understanding the management intent and can implement it with a strong sense of urgency.
- Expertise in contract negotiation and management
- Strong knowledge of contract law and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in contract lifecycle management software (e.g., Vendoor)
- Analytical skills for risk assessment and resolution
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
