Job Details

Hiring: W2 Candidates Only

Visa: Open to any visa type with valid work authorization in the USA

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives)

  • Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles, values, and best practices

  • Remove obstacles and resolve conflicts that impact team productivity

  • Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization

  • Track and report sprint progress using Agile metrics (burndown charts, velocity, etc.)

  • Foster a collaborative, self-organizing, and high-performing team environment

  • Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions

  • Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams

  • Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders as needed


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach

  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and Lean methodologies

  • Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.)

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities


Preferred Qualifications

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe SM, etc.)

  • Experience working in software development or IT projects

  • Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices
