Citibank N.A. seeks an Infrastructure Technology Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location.
Duties: Design the architecture of applications and databases. Conduct project related research ensuring that uniform enterprise-wide application design standards are maintained. Collaborate across teams and align project goals with clear timelines. Create project plans, perform impact analyses, work on high impact problems and projects, and provide resolution to restore services. Design testing approaches, processes, reporting streams, and assist with automation of repetitive tasks. Support integration with various vendor and in-house applications. Integrate data between operational systems, data warehouse, and business reporting tools. Assess risk and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements. Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) of internal IT Asset Management (ITAM) applications to cross-functional teams. Develop and implement technology roadmap execution strategy for ITAM application. Establish business-aligned strategic architecture vision for ITAM functional areas and introduce transformational changes. Ensure ongoing alignment with technology and application portfolio strategies and roadmaps. Serve as initial point of contact for architecture and technology-related matters initiated within ITAM applications. Recommend and establish new ITAM, Hardware Asset Management, and Software Asset Management processes for continued improvement. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation designing and developing asset management systems within the information technology industry. Five (5) years of experience must include: Designing, developing, and supporting large scale IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions and integrations; Providing technical support of Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, CMDB (Configuration Management Database), and Inventory Discovery applications within ITAM domain for both on-premises and SaaS application platforms; Supporting ITAM related applications including Micro Focus Asset Manager, Connect-IT, Universal Discovery (UD), Universal Configuration Management Database (UCMDB), Flexera Data Platform, and ServiceNow; Performing continuous integration and delivery of applications using Talend Integration Suite, Micro Focus Connect-IT, Web-services (SOAP/REST), APIs, Black Duck and AutoSys; Designing and developing ad-hoc reports, scorecards, trends and KPIs using Cognos BI reporting; Evaluating complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards to resolve high-impact problems/projects; Supporting automation of regulatory reports, management reports, consent order programs, optimizing high-volume data processing to meet SLA requirements and business transformation for reporting maintenance including rules, metadata, and processes; and Designing, producing, and maintaining visually compelling reporting solutions (i.e., reports, dashboards, datasets, interfaces, etc.) using reporting tools, applications, SQL queries, and visualization techniques. 40 hrs./wk.
