As an SAP NetWeaver Architect, you will join an Agile team focused on building healthcare applications and implementing new features while following best-in-class coding and development standards.
Responsibilities:

Lead the upgrade of SAP NetWeaver Java stack from Java 1.6 to Java 1.8, ensuring complete regression testing coverage.

Modernize and upgrade GWT components to the latest supported version.

Ensure compliance with enterprise engineering and security standards.

Implement and manage automated testing frameworks for continuous validation.
-
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient, reliable deployments.

Define, manage, and track project requirements using JIRA.

Drive Agile delivery through planning, 2-week sprints, and dedicated hardening sprints.

Support governance, change management, and stakeholder communication.

Mentor and guide the development team to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Required Expertise:
-
Strong hands-on experience with SAP NetWeaver Java stack and upgrade processes.

Proficiency in Java 1.6/1.8, including migration and compatibility testing.

Experience with Google Web Toolkit (GWT) upgrades and debugging.

Background in implementing automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Selenium, Mockito).

Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

Working knowledge of JIRA for Agile project tracking and backlog management.
Educational Qualifications:
-
Engineering Degree (BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc).

Technical certifications across multiple technologies are desirable.
