Job Details
The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience, including 3 4 full-cycle JDE Payroll implementations, and hands-on expertise in leading payroll transformation projects.
This role requires strong communication, business engagement, and collaboration skills to interface with stakeholders across the Business and IT departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end US Payroll functional activities in JD Edwards E1.
- Participate in and lead 3-4+ full-cycle JDE Payroll implementations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into JDE solutions.
- Perform configuration, testing, issue resolution, and production support.
- Design and optimize Payroll processes, including:
- Payroll setup and processing.
- Taxation rules and compliance.
- Deduction/benefits processing.
- Time entry and labor rules.
- Conduct system testing, UAT, and user training.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, IT).
- Work with stakeholders at various business levels to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables.
- Prepare functional documentation, process maps, and SOPs.
- Troubleshoot and support payroll operations in production environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12+ years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Functional experience
- Strong expertise in the US Payroll module (mandatory).
- Minimum 3 4 full-cycle JDE Payroll implementations
- Solid understanding of US Payroll compliance, tax setup, and year-end processing
- Experience in JDE version 9.1 / 9.2 preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with business and IT stakeholders at all levels
