Job Description:

We are seeking a Security Analyst skilled in the OneTrust Platform join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing workflows within the OneTrust platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, compliance, and privacy tools.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Operationalize OneTrust platform modules including Data Mapping, Data Discovery, Data Catalog, Assessments, and Enterprise Policy Management (participated in 1-2 implementations to be considered)
• Partner with Security and Enterprise Risk Management leaders to uncover insights and identify opportunities ("like to have" as communication POC from security to the business. Relates to the Translate to stakeholders and the last bullet, internal/external audiences. Flexible on these skills)
• Create and maintain risk program procedures, processes, documentation, and training materials (Must do documentation)
• Analyze and document workflows, processes, and systems
• Configure and optimize various OneTrust modules
• Lead data preparation, transformation, and cleaning processes
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting
• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
• Mentor and advise junior staff members (key)
• Create documentation for internal and external audiences, both technical and business-oriented

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with OneTrust platform, particularly in Third Party Risk Management, Data Mapping, Data Discovery, Data Catalog, and Assessments
• Effective communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts in simple business terms
• Experience creating and presenting knowledge and training materials
• Proven track record of analyzing and documenting workflows, processes, and systems
• Experience with data mapping and data discovery tools and techniques
