Job Details
Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Salary Range: $90K - $120K

Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring adherence to approved budgets, schedules, and scopes
- Perform regular field work, including site walks, inspections, and contractor oversight in active construction areas
- Work onsite wearing PPE and enforcing safety standards and jobsite protocols
- Develop project scopes of work (SOW), bid packages, and contractor work plans
- Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and change orders
- Coordinate construction sequencing, logistics, site access, and laydown areas
- Review design and construction documents for constructability, coordination, and accuracy
- Manage RFPs, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, directives, punch lists, and closeout documentation
- Coordinate inspections, progress payments, and governmental approvals through final certificate of occupancy
- Serve as liaison between Facilities Engineering, Park Operations, Creative, Entertainment, EH&S, and contractors
Required Qualification
- Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent hands-on construction experience
- Construction project management or field-based construction experience
- Strong construction background (field engineer, superintendent, assistant project manager, or similar)
- Comfortable working onsite in PPE and active construction environments
- Proven experience with:
- Drafting detailed scopes of work
- Cost estimation, budgeting, and change order management
- Managing multiple contractors and trades
- Solid knowledge of construction documents, local codes, contracts, and life/safety systems
- Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as required
