Job Description:

>> Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications for complaints handling platform

>> End-to-end architecture ownership from front-end interfaces to back-end services

>> Define system architecture for complaints handling workflows

>> Design microservices and APIs for complaint intake, tracking, and resolution

>> Build and maintain full-stack applications using Python (DjangoFlaskFastAPI) for backend and ReactAngular for frontend

>> Implement secure authentication and authorization (e.g., Okta, OAuth2)

>> Work closely with product managers, QA, and compliance teams to align architecture with business goals

Requirements:

>> Python Lead with Complaint handling domain experience

>> GCCitizen GCEAD only

>> Local to Alameda CA
