Role: SAP Service Cloud, SAP IS-U
Location: Miami FL.
Key Responsibilities
Lead functional workshops to gather and document business requirements Design end-to-end customer service processes in SAP Service Cloud 2.0 Configure service tickets, workflows, SLAs, escalation rules, and queues Integrate SAP Service Cloud with SAP IS-U / S/4HANA Utilities systems Support integration design using SAP CPI / Integration Suite Collaborate with technical teams for API, IDoc, and OData-based integrations Design and support omnichannel contact center capabilities (CTI, email, chat, portals) Lead or support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities Provide user training, documentation, and post go-live support
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of SAP functional consulting experience 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Service Cloud (C4C / Service Cloud v2)
Strong experience with SAP IS-U or S/4HANA Utilities
Experience with: Business Partner and Contract Account processes Premise and Installation concepts Meter-to-Cash processes (meter reading, billing, invoicing) High-bill complaints, move-in/move-out, and service order scenarios Technical & Integration Experience
Experience with SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite OData, SOAP, and REST APIs IDocs and event-driven integrations Fiori UX concepts and UI extensions Experience with SAP BTP is a plus
