Job Type: Contract: 40 hrs/week

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Apriso Functional Application Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Dassault Systmes Apriso Manufacturing Execution System (MES). This role is critical in bridging business requirements with technical capabilities, ensuring seamless integration of Apriso into manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Configure and maintain manufacturing and quality processes within the Apriso MES platform

* Execute and validate process flows using Apriso to support production and quality operations

* Develop user instructions, training materials, and SOPs for Apriso-based workflows

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot system issues and identify root causes

* Use Apriso to analyze and resolve manufacturing problems, improve process efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives

* Serve as a liaison between shop floor teams and IT/technical support for MES-related needs

Required Qualifications

* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Dassault Apriso MES

* Background in manufacturing engineering, production supervision, or quality control

* Proven ability to configure and execute MES workflows for manufacturing or quality processes

* Strong documentation skills - able to write clear user guides and training content

* Experience troubleshooting MES system issues and supporting end users

Preferred Skills

* Familiarity with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles

* Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, medical devices, automotive)

* Exposure to ERP/MRP systems and integration with MES platforms
