Overview:
We're seeking a skilled HR Business Systems Analyst to support a long-term ERP implementation project. This role will focus on modernizing HR systems and processes as part of a broader ERP rollout that includes modules for HR, Finance, Procurement, and more. You'll play a key role in analyzing current systems, gathering and documenting requirements, and supporting implementation efforts.

Overview:

This role will focus on modernizing HR systems and processes as part of a broader ERP rollout that includes modules for HR, Finance, Procurement, and more. You'll play a key role in analyzing current systems, gathering and documenting requirements, and supporting implementation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document HR business processes, data flows, and system requirements
- Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to gather requirements and propose solutions
- Assist in creating process improvements and change management strategies
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation: meeting notes, workflows, system specs
- Translate business needs into system requirements for development and implementation
- Support system testing, data validation, and user training as needed
- Bridge communication between HR and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle
- 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis and project delivery
- Strong HR process knowledge and experience supporting HR systems
- Proven ability to document workflows, system requirements, and use cases
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar
- Comfortable leading meetings, documenting agendas, and writing meeting minutes
- Familiarity with project collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- experience in systems analysis, ideally with ERP implementations
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Background in HR or related departments
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- Working knowledge of SQL, Oracle, or Crystal Reports
- Experience with Jira for task tracking
