Job Details

The Creative Strategist understands and is passionate about new and innovative ways of building creative for mobile. This role requires a deep understanding of the agency landscape and solid insights into what agencies (large and small). The candidate must be comfortable working with a global team to develop and execute marketing programs with internal and external stakeholders and agencies. They must thrive in cross-functional teams and exhibit excellent prioritization skills.
This role requires strong consultative capabilities, a solid understanding of the media agency and creative agency landscape, and what makes great creative for the family of apps.
Responsibilities:
  • Learn and lead online and in-person training of creative best practices for our family of apps to agencies.
  • Provide creative consultations to creative and media agencies, to improve their creativity on the family of apps.
  • Build strong relationships with our Agency sales organization and key cross-functional partners within central and regional teams.
  • Deliver live and recorded presentations to agency partners and other large audiences.
  • Track, analyze, package up, and report results from the program.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Agency experience.
  • Media/advertising/creative industry experience.
  • Experience working on digital media campaigns within a creative, digital, or media agency (strategy or creative).
  • Dynamic speaker, confident in front of large audiences.
  • Willing to wear multiple hats, able to deliver high-quality results in an ambiguous and rapidly changing business environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering and campaigns that produce results.
Preferred Experience:
  • Project management and prioritization experience.
  • Using data to inform decision-making and improve results.
  • Communicating, influencing, and collaborating across multiple teams.
  • Executing a multi-channel marketing plan, including creating content such as decks, playbooks, one-sheeters, running and delivering events, etc.
  • Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry, either servicing at the agency side or the customer side.
  • An understanding of the entire marketing funnel from awareness to conversion, with an emphasis on performance marketing.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
