Job Description:
Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr
- The Business Analyst / Project Analyst will support contract lifecycle management processes, reporting frameworks, and project delivery activities.
- This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with enterprise systems, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and workflows.
- The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, and Trello.
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems and reporting tools.
- Experience with data query execution and understanding of data connections.
- Ability to create functional specifications, process flows, and BRDs.
- Strong knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
- Understanding of API-based integrations and middleware concepts.
- Ability to support risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities.
- Working with contract management systems including contract creation, workflows, and compliance.
- Running queries in reporting tools such as SAP BusinessObjects.
- Analyzing data structures and providing insights for decision-making.
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Creating functional specifications and business process documentation.
- Conducting gap analysis and recommending process improvements.
- Developing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Coordinating test scripts and stakeholder testing activities.
- Managing project delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Building project plans, timelines, and resource plans.
- Support contract creation, approval workflows, and compliance activities.
- Ensure contract processes align with business policies and regulatory requirements.
- Understand and analyze data structures and reporting frameworks.
- Run queries and interpret results to support reporting and analytics.
- Gather business requirements and convert them into functional designs.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare process flows, BRDs, and other documentation.
- Lead UAT planning and execution.
- Create test scripts and coordinate testing activities.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery across assigned workstreams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello).
- Reporting tools (SAP BOBJ or similar).
- Requirements gathering and documentation.
